Q:Will the Customer Support Center work on a Windows based server?
A:Yes, we have designed the application to work on both Windows and Linux based server.
However, the application has not been testing on Linux but all items are in place for it to perform the same in both environments.
Q:Can I restrict the files that can be uploaded?
A:Yes, in the System Settings page, there are options for allowing and restricting files.
Q:What if I don't want to restrict the files a Staff or Admin member can send?
A:By default, the Administrator and Staff members has full capability to attach any type of files.
Q:How are the file dates displayed?
A:We utilized the LSDateFormat and LSTimeFormat to leveage the locality of the server for displaying this properly.
Q:I just purchased this application, am I entitled to upgrades?
A:Yes, depending on the license purchased. Standard plans come with 1 year of free upgrades. Corporate plans come with a life time upgrades.
Q:Is there a Trial version to evaluate?
A:No. The only version available is our
online demo version.
