The Document Management System allows you to provide access to documents to users using challenge and password authenication. You will have your own private library of documents that you can maintain or allow other users to have access to documents within a folder or allow access to a folder. Folder Access will allow the user to have access to all documents within the folder without having to assign permissions to each document.
