How often will I receive my reports?

All reports are created and sent via email on the first of every month exclusing January 1st. The reports for December of each year will be created/sent no later than the 4th of January of the new year. All reports will provide statistical data for the previous month. However, you can request a report at any time. The cost associated with Web Statistic Reports will include up to 3 reports a month. Any additional report request will be an additional $5 and will be billed at the end of the month.


What kind of reports will I receive?

Depending on your website, there are two basic reports generated. However other reports can be requested.
